What information is included in each seller alert?
Each alert includes the key vehicle details you need to assess the opportunity quickly, including make, model, year, kilometres, condition, GCC or non-GCC spec, emirate, and photos.
How are seller alerts delivered?
Seller alerts are sent directly to your WhatsApp, so there is no portal or dashboard to manage. This makes it easy for your team to review new opportunities quickly and respond without delay.
Can we choose which vehicles we receive and how do we make an offer?
Yes. During signup, you select the emirates you want to cover and the vehicle value range that suits your dealership, so Carbai sends you relevant seller opportunities. When you receive an opportunity, reply with the vehicle ID and your offer amount in AED. Carbai sends your offer and dealership details to the seller. The seller can then contact you directly if they want to proceed.
Will we receive the seller's contact details?
No. Seller identities and contact details remain private. Your dealership information is sent to the seller with your offer, and the seller decides whether to contact you.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
Your first 14 days are free, allowing you to test the service and see how the alerts fit your buying process. There is no auto-charge during the trial, and no payment is required unless you choose to continue. After the trial, membership is AED 400 per month.
