What information is included in each seller alert?
Each alert includes the key vehicle details you need to assess the opportunity quickly, including make, model, year, kilometres, condition, GCC or non-GCC spec, emirate, and photos.
How are seller alerts delivered?
Seller alerts are sent directly to your WhatsApp, so there is no portal or dashboard to manage. This makes it easy for your team to review new opportunities quickly and respond without delay.
Can we choose which vehicles we receive and how do we make an offer?
Yes. During signup, you select the emirates you want to cover and the vehicle value range that suits your dealership, so Carbai sends you relevant seller opportunities. When you receive an alert, simply reply with the vehicle ID and your offer amount in AED. If the seller is interested, you can then continue the conversation directly.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
