Seller Terms

Carbai is operated by Webhero FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates. These terms apply when you submit a vehicle to Carbai as a private seller.

These terms apply when you submit a vehicle to Carbai as a private seller and when you make a next-car request through Carbai, including requests made without a vehicle to sell. References to “your vehicle” apply to whichever you have submitted.

The service

Carbai is a private dealer-offer service. We privately share the vehicle details and photos you submit with matched dealers, receive their offers, and deliver each offer to you together with the dealer’s business details. Dealers never receive your name or contact details, and the service is free for sellers.

Purchase offers may come from participating dealerships or clearly labelled independent car traders. Carbai does not present an independent trader as a licensed dealership, and an account’s category on Carbai is not by itself verification of its identity, legality or trade activity.

Carbai does not buy your car

Carbai does not purchase vehicles and does not act as a buyer in any sale. Any sale is agreed directly between you and a dealer, and Carbai is not a party to the final transaction.

Offers

Dealer offers are based on the information and photos you provide. A dealer may confirm an offer after inspecting the vehicle and verifying its condition, ownership and documents. Carbai does not guarantee that you will receive offers, that any offer will reach a particular price, or that a sale will complete.

Your expected-value range

The expected-value range you provide is used only to route your vehicle to dealers whose buying preferences cover that range, and for Carbai’s own administration. It is never shown to dealers: dealers form their offers independently from the vehicle details and photographs. It is not a Carbai valuation, reserve price, minimum acceptable price, or a guarantee that any dealer will make an offer within that range.

Dealer access

Carbai may make anonymised vehicle information available to approved participating dealers through the Carbai Dealer Portal, and may separately notify dealers matched to your vehicle. Dealers do not receive your name, telephone number or email address.

Your private offer page

Your personal offer page is accessed through a unique private link. You must keep this link secure — anyone with access to it may be able to view offers, view dealer details, or use the available vehicle-status controls. Contact Carbai promptly if you believe the link has been disclosed, accessed without permission, or misused.

Your responsibilities

By submitting a vehicle, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you legally own the vehicle or are authorised to submit and sell it;
• the vehicle information is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• the photographs are yours or you are authorised to use them;
• you will not deliberately hide material damage, outstanding finance or other ownership issues; and
• you remain responsible for negotiating and completing any transaction.

Communications

To use Carbai you must provide a usable email address and a mobile / WhatsApp number, and keep them accurate. Carbai may send you operational messages about your submission through those channels — for example your private status link, dealer offers and submission updates. These are service messages about your submission and do not constitute marketing consent. Dealer business details are provided to you with each offer; your own contact details are never provided to dealers.

Photos and number plates

By submitting photos, you consent to Carbai storing them and sharing them with matched dealers so they can assess your vehicle and make an offer. Photos of a vehicle commonly show its number plate; by submitting them you agree that a number plate or similar detail visible in your photos may be shown to dealers for this purpose. Please submit only photos you have taken or have the right to use, and avoid including other people, other vehicles’ number plates, or anyone else’s personal information. You can ask us to remove your photos at any time by emailing cars@carbai.ae.

You decide

Offers are provided for you to consider. You choose whether to contact a dealer, and there is no obligation to respond to any offer or to sell.

Your next car and trade-in offers

You may optionally tell Carbai what vehicle you are looking for next. This is never required to sell your car. If you do, the information you give (such as preferred make or vehicle type, model, year, maximum budget, timeframe, payment method and emirate) is shared with participating dealers without your name or contact details, so that a dealer holding a suitable vehicle can respond.

A dealer's trade-in offer shows the car offered, its total car price, and a trade-in allowance for your current car that applies when buying that car. The allowance is a separate figure from any standalone purchase offer on your car, and the two are never combined without showing both. The allowance for your car is subject to inspection and documents; the car offered is subject to availability; and where your current car has outstanding finance, any amount shown is before settlement of that finance.

You may sell your car to one dealer and buy your next car from another; nothing requires both with the same dealer. Viewing a dealership's details is not acceptance of any offer, and closing the sale of your current car does not close your next-car request (nor the reverse). Carbai introduces and carries offers between you and dealers; it does not inspect, sell, finance, negotiate, hold funds or become a party to any purchase or trade-in transaction.

Withdrawing or reopening

You may withdraw, close or reopen your vehicle submission through your personal offer page where available, or by contacting Carbai.

Use of your photos

Your vehicle details and photographs are shown on Carbai's dealer pages so that UAE dealers can review the car and decide whether to make an offer. These pages can be opened by someone who has not yet created a dealer account. Your name, phone number, email address, personal notes and expected value range are never shown there.

Carbai will not use your vehicle photographs or submission in advertising, on social media, in case studies or in marketing material unless you provide separate, optional consent. Carbai's dealer pages are not published to search engines.

Completing a sale

If you proceed with a dealer, payment and vehicle transfer take place directly between you and the dealer. Carbai does not handle payment, hold funds or transfer ownership, and any inspection, paperwork and settlement are arranged between you and the dealer.

Liability

Carbai provides an introduction and offer-delivery service in good faith. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Carbai is not liable for the conduct of dealers, the accuracy of offers, or any loss arising from a transaction between you and a dealer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ras Al Khaimah.
