The difference
One dealership gives you one offer
Walk into a single dealership and you get exactly one figure: that dealer's own buying price, on that day. It may be perfectly fair, but you have nothing to weigh it against. Two dealers can look at the same car and price it differently — one might be short on that model while another already has three on the lot.
Carbai lets several verified UAE dealers review the same vehicle information independently and respond with their own offers. You see them together and decide from there. Carbai does not value your car or promise any particular figure, and the highest number is not automatically the best one — dealer location, payment terms and how quickly a dealer can complete all matter too. The process
How Carbai gets dealer offers for your car
Submit the vehicle once
Enter the make, model, year, mileage, specification and condition, add the expected-value range you have in mind, and upload photographs. You only do this once.
Dealers submit their offers
Verified UAE dealers review the anonymised information and send their initial purchase offers through Carbai. No dealer sees who you are.
You decide who to contact
Each offer carries the dealer's business details, so you can approach one dealer, several, or none. Nothing obliges you to take any of them.

What dealers consider before making an offer
Every dealer weighs a car up in their own way, but most look at the same core information:
- Make, model and variant
- Model year
- Mileage
- GCC or other specification
- Vehicle condition
- Accident and service information
- Warranty status
- Any outstanding finance
- Your expected-value range
- The quality of your photographs
Because each dealer assesses independently, offers can differ for the same car. Carbai does not inspect or value the vehicle — the assessment is entirely the dealer's.

After the introduction
What happens after you contact a dealer
Once you reach out to a dealer, Carbai steps out of the way. From that point:
- You contact the dealer directly.
- The dealer may arrange its own inspection.
- The initial offer may be confirmed or revised based on condition and documents.
- You and the dealer negotiate directly.
- Payment and ownership transfer are handled between the two of you.

Selling your car to UAE dealers — common questions
Is Carbai a car dealer?
No. Carbai is not a dealer and does not buy cars. It is a private service that introduces your vehicle to verified UAE dealers and passes their offers back to you.
Does Carbai buy or value my vehicle?
No. Carbai neither buys nor values your car. Each dealer forms its own view of what the vehicle is worth to them.
Can several dealers make offers?
Yes. That is the reason you submit once — several verified dealers can review the same details and respond, so you can compare their offers side by side.
Will dealers receive my contact details?
No. Dealers see the vehicle information and photographs, but not your name, phone number or email address. Your details stay private until you choose to reach out.
Are the dealer offers final?
No. Offers made through Carbai are initial figures. A dealer may confirm or revise its offer after inspecting the car and reviewing the documents.
What does Carbai charge sellers?
Nothing. Carbai is free for private sellers — there is no listing fee and no commission at any point.
