Carbai is a trade name of Webhero FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what information we collect from sellers and how we use it.

The core promise

Carbai does not provide your identity or contact details to dealers. Dealers receive the vehicle information and photos you submit, without your name or WhatsApp number.

When a dealer makes an offer, Carbai sends that offer to you together with the dealer’s business and contact details. You decide whether to contact the dealer.

What we collect

When you submit your car we collect: your name, WhatsApp number, optional email, and the vehicle details and photos you provide. We also keep a record of offers made on your vehicle and messages we send you, so we can operate the service.

How we use it

We use your information to operate Carbai, including reviewing your submission, privately presenting your vehicle to matched dealers, receiving dealer offers and sending those offers to you with the relevant dealer’s details.

We do not sell your personal information or provide your name or contact details to dealers.

Service providers

We use a small number of service providers to run Carbai, such as website hosting, form processing and messaging. They process information on our behalf, only as needed to deliver the service, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

WhatsApp communications

Carbai uses WhatsApp to send you dealer offers and updates about your submission. By providing your WhatsApp number, you agree to receive these messages. WhatsApp is a third-party service and is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

Analytics and cookies

Our website uses basic analytics and cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to operate the service, including your submission, offer history and the messages we send you. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

Information security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricting access to systems that hold seller details. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe.

Correction and deletion

You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by messaging the Carbai WhatsApp number or emailing cars@carbai.ae. We will update inaccurate details, or remove your submission, photos and contact details from active systems.

We may update this policy from time to time as the service develops. The latest version will always be published on this page, and material changes will be noted here.
