This Dealer Privacy Policy explains how Webhero FZ-LLC, trading as Carbai, collects, uses, stores, and shares personal data relating to dealers, traders, and dealer representatives who register for or use the Carbai dealer service.

2. What information we collect
When you register for or use the Carbai dealer service, we may collect and process the following information:
business name
contact name
WhatsApp number
email address
emirates covered
preferred vehicle value ranges
preferred vehicle types
registration form submissions
signature or acceptance records
subscription and billing records
communications with Carbai
account status and usage records
timestamps and other operational records relating to your account and service activity
If payments are processed through a third-party payment provider, Carbai may also receive limited payment-related or billing-related information associated with your subscription. Full payment card details may be collected and processed directly by the payment provider rather than by Carbai.
3. How we use dealer information
We use dealer information to:
create and manage your dealer account
determine which leads and notifications are relevant to you
send lead notifications and service communications
manage trials, subscriptions, renewals, and billing
verify acceptance of Carbai’s terms and maintain business records
respond to support requests and operational issues
protect the service, sellers, and other users from misuse
monitor compliance with Carbai’s policies and terms
improve, administer, and secure the Carbai service
We process dealer information only to the extent reasonably necessary to provide and operate the service and to manage the business relationship with you.
4. Why we process your information
Carbai processes dealer information for the purpose of providing the service you request, administering subscriptions and accounts, operating the dealer notification system, protecting the integrity of the platform, and meeting legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations where applicable.
5. Who we share dealer information with
We may share dealer information with service providers that help us operate Carbai, including providers used for:
forms and data capture
database storage
automation workflows
WhatsApp or message delivery
email delivery
payment processing
accounting and administration
cloud hosting and related technical services
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, court order, government request, or competent authority, or where reasonably necessary to protect Carbai’s rights, users, operations, or legal position.
We do not sell dealer personal data to unrelated third parties.
6. International processing
Some of the service providers used to operate Carbai may process or store data outside the UAE. Where this occurs, Carbai takes reasonable steps to work with reputable providers and to limit data sharing to what is necessary for the service to operate.
7. Data retention
We retain dealer information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
provide the Carbai service
manage subscriptions and billing
maintain records of account activity and accepted terms
resolve disputes
enforce our agreements
comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
Where dealer information is no longer needed for these purposes, Carbai may delete or anonymise it, subject to any retention obligations that apply by law or for legitimate business recordkeeping.
8. Data security
Carbai applies reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect dealer information against unauthorised access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss. However, no system, storage environment, or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
9. Your rights
Under applicable UAE data protection law, data subjects may have rights in relation to their personal data, including the right to request correction of inaccurate personal data and, in certain circumstances, the right to request that processing be restricted or stopped. Carbai will consider and respond to privacy requests in accordance with applicable law.
